What is Masalona?
Masalona is a bedtime story app for parents (iOS and Android). The story you pick is told with your child's name, and with Gold it is read in an AI copy of your own voice. Children don't use the app; they just listen.
Is it free?
The app is free to download. The whole library is read by the narrator, and 1 story is prepared with your child's name. Silver gives every story with your child's name; Gold adds your own voice.
How is my voice copied?
With Gold you make a live recording of about 3 minutes in the app; the first sentence is a consent statement. Audio files cannot be uploaded. You can delete your voice and the stories made with it at any time.
Is my child's data safe?
Your child's voice is never recorded. Only their name and age range are stored; no surname, school, address or photo. The app has no ads and no third-party analytics.
Which languages are available?
Turkish, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian and Arabic. The library follows the app language, and each language has well-loved tales from its own culture.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. Your account, your voice and every prepared story are deleted.
